If your order is rejected, our system automatically initiates a refund. You’ll receive the amount back to your bank or payment source typically within 5–7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, standard cancellations are not permitted.

In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., ingredient unavailability), we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but cancellation is generally not allowed once preparation begins.
